Hey Readers!
I hope your week has treated you well, and the weekend will bring some bookish goodness to your life. I live in North Texas, and surprisingly so far this year, we have NOT had a 100° day yet. In looking at the weather for next week, we are in for several, and I’m dreading it. The bad thing about hot days in Texas is that there is also horrible humidity which leaves you feeling like you just stepped out of a sauna.
I’m getting excited about my trip to Southern California next week. Hopefully, the 4th heatwave will have dissipated by the time I get there. The best thing about Southern California heat is that it’s not usually humid, and it cools down in the evening, which makes relaxing outside a welcome way to end the day.
I’m looking forward to some fun family time, sightseeing, and people-watching along the boardwalks at the beaches. So amusing, and every once in a while, you see something that makes it all worthwhile.
Now, on to this week’s links.
The highlight of my week. There are so many good people in this world, and this just proves it here, here, and here. Check out the Human Hope podcast with Tonee and Mickey less than 24 hours after. The Instafamilia strikes again with amazing results.
