I like to read books about the coast or beach, being on the sea, and/or being in the country by the lake for summer reads.

Sounds like we like to read many of the same type of books. I enjoy it when the book I'm reading takes me away and places me in a different place or season, or something not normally in my real life. Thanks for reading.

Of course I will—perhaps even try to find some books to read along the way, not necessarily food-related, though of course I’ll talk about what we’re eating! Loosely, we’re traveling through the American West from California to South Dakota, though the route is still up in the air. I’ll keep you posted!
